We’re partnering with a fast-growing, subscription-led e-commerce brand in the wellness space that is investing heavily in CRM and lifecycle marketing as a core driver of retention and revenue.
To support their next phase of growth, they’re looking for a hands-on Klaviyo Technical Expert to take full ownership of their email and SMS platform.
This is a delivery-focused position for someone who lives and breathes Klaviyo , can quickly identify opportunities, and execute at pace.

Klaviyo sits at the heart of this brand’s customer communication strategy, powering retention, reactivation and lifetime value across a large and engaged subscriber base.
As the business scales, so does the complexity of its CRM programme. This role has been created to:
- Elevate technical capability within Klaviyo
- Optimise and expand lifecycle journeys
- Build a more scalable, high-performing CRM infrastructure
You’ll be brought in to audit, rebuild, optimise and future-proof the platform, leaving a lasting impact well beyond the contract.
The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver measurable improvements quickly.
You’ll take end-to-end ownership of Klaviyo, working closely with senior CRM leadership to:
- Audit the current setup (flows, segments, data, deliverability, integrations)
- Identify quick wins and longer-term opportunities
- Build and optimise high-impact automated flows
- Improve segmentation, personalisation and performance
- Strengthen data quality and platform architecture
- Upskill the internal team and document best practices

- Established robust integrations with the wider tech stack (including Shopify and subscription platforms)
- Left behind clear documentation, processes and a confident, upskilled CRM team
Key Responsibilities
Platform Audit & Optimisation
- Conduct a full audit of the Klaviyo account (flows, segments, lists, templates, integrations, deliverability, data quality)
- Identify gaps, technical issues and performance opportunities
- Create a clear, prioritised roadmap of improvements
- Restructure the platform for scalability and ease of use
Flow Build & Automation
- Build, rebuild and optimise key lifecycle flows, including:
- Welcome / nurture to purchase
- Post-purchase journeys
- Subscription lifecycle (renewal, churn prevention)
- Winback and reactivation
- Browse and cart abandonment
- Loyalty / VIP journeys
- Implement advanced logic, dynamic content and personalisation
- Integrate SMS into lifecycle journeys where relevant
Segmentation & Personalisation
- Develop a sophisticated, data-led segmentation framework
- Improve targeting based on behaviour, lifecycle stage and engagement
- Leverage Klaviyo’s predictive analytics and AI capabilities
Data & Integrations
- Ensure accurate data flow between Klaviyo and connected platforms (e.g. Shopify, subscription tools)
- Troubleshoot and optimise integrations
- Implement robust tracking, custom properties and profile enrichment
- Own deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation, list health)
Reporting & Testing
- Define and track key CRM performance metrics
- Build dashboards within Klaviyo
- Lead structured A/B testing across flows and campaigns
- Translate performance data into actionable insights
