Lead Frontend Engineer – AI startup

Salary £100,000 - £150,000

London Onsite (relocation fee of £10,000 paid on acceptance) + Equity

I'm looking to speak to Lead/Senior level Frontend engineers looking to join a well funded AI native start-up as they work towards a $1bn valuation. Founded by some of the brightest minds in their AI niche, they're looking for an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help them ship product fast and continue their growth trajectory. Ideally you'll have a background in an AI start-up working on the user interface and solving those UX meets AI problems many startups face.

You’ll take ownership over the frontend, get your ideas implemented and really run with it. This role would fit a Lead or Senior level Engineer with a real passion for AI and startups. Someone who isn’t afraid to own the architecture and implement things as they see fit

Tech Stack

• High level of proficiency in React, TypeScript and Web Development
• Experience with databases (Postgres).
• Familiarity with frontend and backend development and full-stack frameworks would be ideal with an overall leaning towards frontend.
• Experience in Python – nice to have
• AI startup experience
• Experience owning and perfecting the Frontend of a product

The business is not overly concerned about time served / “number of years’ experience” but two things stand out, a degree from a top university in a relevant subject and/or experience in an AI led business and a desire to work in a high growth start up.
