Partnerships Product Manager
This is another great role I am recruiting for this organisation as they look to grow and strengthen their product offering.
The Partnership Product Manager is a commercially focused role responsible for shaping and growing the portfolio of member benefits and partner services. You'll own the roadmap for partnership products, working with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure propositions deliver exceptional value for members while driving commercial performance.
The Job:
- Own and evolve the partnership product roadmap, identifying opportunities to enhance existing propositions and introduce new member benefits.
- Build and manage strong relationships with strategic partners and suppliers.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of partnership products, from concept and launch through to optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, digital, legal and operational teams to deliver successful initiatives.
- Monitor product performance, analysing revenue, engagement and retention to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop business cases and provide insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Use member feedback and data to ensure products and services continue to meet customer needs and deliver measurable value.
The Person:
- Experience in product management, partnerships, commercial management or proposition development.
- A commercially minded approach, with experience managing performance against revenue targets, budgets or business cases.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to turn insight into action.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
