£55,000 to £65,000 + commission
Manchester | Hybrid (3–4 days office based)

The sales function is evolving, and this hire is being positioned as a key addition to help shape the direction, bring structure, and elevate performance across the team. If you enjoy stepping into environments where you can make a visible impact, this will appeal.
The role itself offers a blend of account management and new business, with access to warm leads alongside the autonomy to build your own pipeline. You’ll be working across a broad technology offering, engaging in strategic conversations with stakeholders across IT, security, infrastructure and leadership teams.
What we’re looking for
• Demonstrable sales success within an MSP or IT reseller environment is essential
• Experience selling across a broad solutions portfolio rather than a single product
• Exposure to vendor partnerships such as Cisco, Microsoft or similar
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging at both technical and C-level
• A competitive, driven mindset with a clear desire to develop and improve
• Someone who enjoys learning, whether that’s through reading, podcasts or continuous self-development
What you’ll be doing
• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and expand relationships
• Developing new business through a mix of inbound, partner-led and self-generated activity
• Building strong relationships with key vendors and leveraging those partnerships to drive growth
• Navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and leading consultative sales conversations
• Contributing to the wider sales strategy and helping bring more structure and direction to the function
