Web Analyst/ UX Analyst

Our client is a much loved, high growth Ecommerce Retailer. Already £250+ million turnover business who are growing market share by expanding their product ranges and launching new partnerships.
Role Responsibilities
- Contribute to the UX strategy by examining user behaviour and site performance to deliver clear insights and recommendations for A/B and multivariate testing.
- Support in planning, running, and evaluating experiments, including A/B and multivariate tests.
- Keep informed on CRO best practices, and user behaviour insights
- Work closely with UX, Design, and Development teams to bring test concepts to life.
- Leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar tools to identify areas to improve conversion.
- Assist in building and updating dashboards, as well as producing regular reports on key conversion indicators.
About You
- Experienced digital analytics, UX, and making decisions backed by data. Ideally within an D2C Digital environment.
- Ideally have knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Excel, ideally have experience in SQL or other data tools.
- Analytically minded as well as creative – a natural balance.
- Skilled at communicating insights in a clear and accessible way.
- Proactive, motivated, and excited to develop in a fast-moving environment.
