Role Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the UX strategy by examining user behaviour and site performance to deliver clear insights and recommendations for A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Support in planning, running, and evaluating experiments, including A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Keep informed on CRO best practices, and user behaviour insights
  • Work closely with UX, Design, and Development teams to bring test concepts to life.
  • Leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar tools to identify areas to improve conversion.
  • Assist in building and updating dashboards, as well as producing regular reports on key conversion indicators.

About You

  • Experienced digital analytics, UX, and making decisions backed by data. Ideally within an D2C Digital environment.
  • Ideally have knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Excel, ideally have experience in SQL or other data tools.
  • Analytically minded as well as creative – a natural balance.
  • Skilled at communicating insights in a clear and accessible way.
  • Proactive, motivated, and excited to develop in a fast-moving environment.
