My client is investing heavily in the future of their flagship B2B SaaS platform and is looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of its strategy, roadmap and delivery.
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage a backlog. You'll be responsible for shaping the direction of a mature product used by thousands of businesses, working closely with Engineering, UX, Commercial and senior stakeholders to deliver features that genuinely improve customer outcomes.
It's an opportunity to influence both long-term product strategy and day-to-day delivery, balancing customer needs with commercial objectives while helping to define how emerging AI capabilities can be embedded into the platform.
What you'll be doing
- Own the product roadmap, strategy and prioritisation.
- Lead product discovery, customer research and validation.
- Work closely with Engineering and UX to deliver high-quality features.
- Define business cases, evaluate build vs buy decisions and measure ROI.
- Manage product backlogs, user stories and sprint planning.
- Use customer insight and data to drive product decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Marketing and Operations.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
What they're looking for
- Experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment.
- A strong balance of strategic product thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Experience owning product roadmaps from discovery through to launch.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to prioritise against measurable outcomes.
- Experience working within Agile product teams.
- An interest in how AI can enhance software products.
What's on offer
- £70,000-£80,000 salary.
- Hybrid working (3 days per week in the Wilmslow office).
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off.
- Option to buy more holidays
- Healthcare cash plan.
- The opportunity to own and shape a market-leading SaaS product within a well-funded, growing organisation.
If you're a Product Manager who enjoys combining commercial thinking with hands-on product delivery, I'd love to tell you more.
