UI Designer & Design Library Specialist
BettingJobs is currently seeking a UI Designer & Design Library Specialist for a growing iGaming business based in their central London office. The ideal candidate balances creativity with usability, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality interface assets, including icons, illustrations and brand-aligned visuals.
- Maintain visual consistency across all asset types and ensure they meet usability and accessibility standards.
- Own the UI design delivery for product features: user flows, wireframes, prototypes and refined visual designs.
- Iterate based on user insights, analytics and stakeholder feedback.
- Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
- Support implementation, ensuring smooth handoff and close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive white-label design library using components and design tokens.
- Document components, usage guidelines and visual standards to ensure consistency across brands and platforms.
- Regularly audit the design library to identify gaps, improve structure and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Provide support and guidance to designers using the system.
- Work closely with Research, Product and Engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle.
- Clearly communicate design rationale to teammates and stakeholders.
- Manage your workload effectively, owning your tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX / Product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and end-to-end project work
- Strong skills in Figma, confident with components, variants and design tokens
- Ability to create polished UI and visual assets (icons, illustrations, etc)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Experience working in digital product companies or agile environments
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, international teams
