Product Manager Brand & Design System

Betty is an innovative entertainment company pioneering at the intersection of real money online casino and casual mobile gaming.

We are looking for a Product Manager Brand & Design Systems to build and govern the foundations that ensure brand consistency across all products. This is a build-from-scratch role focused on defining, implementing, and enforcing the rules that shape how our brand is experienced across player-facing platforms and internal back-office tools. You will manage the relationship with your "customers" (internal squads), helping them navigate the rules while ensuring their needs are reflected in the system’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Define and build the brand and design system from the ground up, including rules, guidelines, and reusable components
• Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure consistent adoption of brand and design standards across all product squads
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams using the design system, supporting their needs while protecting brand integrity
• Liaise between Brand, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between vision and execution
• Ensure a consistent, premium user experience across all products, from customer-facing applications to internal tools
• Evolve the design system strategically to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and accelerate product delivery
• Balance standardisation with flexibility, enabling innovation without compromising quality or trust

Requirements:

• Proven experience building and scaling a design system or governance framework from zero in a complex, multi-product environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and say no when required while keeping momentum
• Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to think beyond individual components and understand end-to-end product ecosystems
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate brand vision into practical design and technical requirements
• Experience working in high-stakes environments such as real-money gaming, gambling, fintech, or similarly regulated industries
• Strong understanding of UX principles where trust, clarity, and flow are critical
