Job Title: Account Director - Financial Services
Location: London - 2 days per week in Central London office
Salary: £100k-£115k base x2 OTE

The role:
- Senior Account Director/Manager role focused on supporting existing customers
- Manage a portfolio of existing enterprise customers with 10K+ seats both in the UK and globally
- Act as a trusted advisor, be point of contact for any issues/support these customers require whilst also finding opportunities to drive upsell/cross-sell growth
About you:
- 6+ years experience a Account Director/Account Manager role focused on supporting a range of existing customers
- Coming from the B2B SaaS world and focused on highly regulated markets. E.g Could come from FinTech world or sell complex enterprise SaaS into Finance, Private equity and other regulated verticals
- Strong track record against quotas - proven exp driving revenue.
- Relationship first individual. Must be able to engage C suite
