Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Location: London (Hybrid 3 days a week in the office)

Salary: £90k-£100k base + uncapped commission

Role:

  • Account Management role responsible for a portfolio of circa 10 strategic VIP enterprise customers alongside 40-50 additional growth and velocity accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform
  • Drive commercial growth through upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities across your account base
  • Own customer satisfaction, retention and long-term account success
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Product and Leadership teams to identify opportunities for growth
  • Play a key role in driving net revenue retention and overall customer growth across the business

About you:

  • 5+ years experience in an Account Management, Customer Success or Strategic Customer role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell and account expansion
  • Experience managing enterprise customers and engaging with senior executive stakeholders
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Stable background with a track record of success and progression
