Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Location: London (Hybrid 3 days a week in the office)
Salary: £90k-£100k base + uncapped commission

Role:
- Account Management role responsible for a portfolio of circa 10 strategic VIP enterprise customers alongside 40-50 additional growth and velocity accounts
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform
- Drive commercial growth through upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities across your account base
- Own customer satisfaction, retention and long-term account success
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product and Leadership teams to identify opportunities for growth
- Play a key role in driving net revenue retention and overall customer growth across the business
About you:
- 5+ years experience in an Account Management, Customer Success or Strategic Customer role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell and account expansion
- Experience managing enterprise customers and engaging with senior executive stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Stable background with a track record of success and progression
