What you’ll be doing
- Winning new business across multiple verticals, targeting mid-market clients
- Leading the full sales cycle — from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Partnering with internal technical teams to deliver tailored contact centre solutions
- Building long-term, strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience selling contact centre, UC, VoiP, Telephony or CX technology solutions (Avaya, Genesys, Mitel, Five9, 8x8, or similar)
- A strong hunter mentality with a record of consistent overachievement
- Experience selling to mid-market customers
- Excellent consultative sales skills and the ability to engage at C-suite level
- Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and driven by results
