Senior Paid Media Manager

Are you a Senior Paid Media Manager looking to join a remote-first business? I am working with one of my long-standing clients as they begin the search for someone to take a lead on paid media strategy and manage and develop a small team. This is a full-time, permanent role with a circa £45k DOE salary.

Please note this is a remote role, but you will need to be able to travel to Birmingham on occasion for team meets. As this role is brand new, there is a real opportunity to make it your own and grow it for the long term, and plenty of scope to add real value while working with a passionate bunch of people and having fun along the way.

The Role

As Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be working closely on planning, developing and delivering paid media campaigns across (Google Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) campaigns. If you have experience in YouTube, Programmatic or Bing, that is a bonus. You will love to work with clients and develop strong strategies, along with managing a small team with a focus on nurturing and mentoring others. About You

  • Experience in working with clients, developing paid media strategies with a focus on achieving growth and owning overall client accounts
  • Managing Paid search campaigns with experience in set up, optimisation and reporting on Google Ads Campaigns
  • A passion for social media and experience in managing paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (this role isn’t focused on organic, just paid)
  • Able to set up and optimise campaigns, always looking at ways a campaign can improve, working with clients on improvements and showing strong commercial awareness
  • Confident in reporting on campaign success and happy to come up with feedback and recommendations on campaigns
  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to keep up to date with the latest trends in marketing

  • Reporting on key metrics, looking at campaign performance and making suggestions for improvements
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, UTM, Google Tag Manager and confident in using these tools and training others
  • Data-driven optimisation – analysing campaign performance and applying learnings to improve conversion rate and ROI
  • Strong experience in tracking and attribution
