This role sits within a central IT team based in their Shared Service Centre in Hinckley, supporting users and systems across the wider business.
You will play a key part in the day-to-day administration, support and continuous improvement of the organisation’s business applications estate. You'll:
Salary: £30 000 - £35 000

This role sits within a central IT team based in their Shared Service Centre in Hinckley, supporting users and systems across the wider business.
You will play a key part in the day-to-day administration, support and continuous improvement of the organisation’s business applications estate. You'll:
- Administer and support business applications running on Microsoft technologies including Azure, Windows Server, Entra, Active Directory and SQL Server
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support, ensuring incidents and service requests are seen through to resolution
- Support the installation, configuration and rollout of new applications
- Monitor applications, apply updates and security patches, and manage planned changes
- Log and present change requests at weekly change boards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners on BAU and project-based work
- Azure (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)
- Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra
- SSO and networking fundamentals
- SQL Server (IaaS/PaaS environments)
- Application installation, configuration, upgrades and security patching
- Service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Change control and governance processes
