IT Manager
Lead IT strategy and infrastructure for a technology business operating in the defence sector, delivering secure systems across multiple platforms - with security, resilience and compliance being central to everything they do.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape the IT roadmap, mentor engineers, and represent IT at senior leadership level.

You'll:
- Lead a team of Senior Infrastructure Engineers
- Own and improve on-prem and hybrid infrastructure
- Develop a forward-looking IT roadmap
- Work closely with the Managing Director and CISO
- Ensure compliance with ISO and security standards
Technical experience you'll need:
- Windows Server (2019 / 2022)
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox
- Microsoft 365
- Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong security and compliance focus
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or Infrastructure Manager
- Experience leading technically capable engineers
- Strong knowledge of Windows infrastructure and virtualisation
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
