Junior Software Developer - React

Are you passionate about creating engaging, accessible web experiences?

We’re looking for two Junior Front End Developers to join a supportive, innovative digital team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and clean, modern code.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with designers and back end developers to build and enhance web interfaces using React.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of responsive, user-friendly components.
• Participate in stand-ups, code reviews, and sprint planning sessions to build scalable front end solutions.
• Learn and grow through mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and exposure to cross-functional projects.

What you’ll bring

• Around 2 years’ experience in a front end development role.
• Good working knowledge of React and JavaScript (ES6+).
• An eye for detail and appreciation of accessible, responsive design.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma for design handoffs (advantageous).
• Basic knowledge of PHP (a bonus, not a requirement).
• A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and eagerness to keep learning.

Location: Mansfield with hybrid working
Salary: up to £45k depending on experience
