New Business Development Manager – Technology Services
Location: Remote or hybrid (HQ in Yorkshire – travel as needed)
Salary: £55,000 – £80,000 + £5,000 car allowance + commission

What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on, full-cycle role where you’ll win new business, grow accounts, and scope out integrated tech solutions across multiple industries. You’ll be supported by technical teams, but your edge comes from being commercially astute, autonomous, and highly driven.
You’ll:
Identify and secure new enterprise clients through outbound prospecting and networking
Cross-sell technology solutions into existing accounts to increase revenue
Build and maintain strong OEM and partner relationships
Lead proposals, scope complex projects, and close commercial agreements
Own your pipeline, hitting and exceeding KPIs with confidence
