What you’ll do
- Manage digital or IT projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Act as the critical link between business needs and technical delivery - eliciting, documenting, and translating requirements.
- Contribute to process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and planning activities.
- Support Agile or hybrid delivery models depending on project requirements.
- Help shape delivery best practices within a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience managing technology or digital projects, end-to-end.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
- A background in tech, e-commerce, or similar environments (advantageous).
- Experience building documentation and business cases that influence decision-makers.
- A structured approach to stakeholder management and problem-solving.
