As Service Transition Manager, you become the strategist, the orchestrator and the steady hand behind a full-scale shift in how critical operational, data and tech services are delivered. This isn't a routine handover; it's a high-impact, multi-party transformation where your experience genuinely shapes the future.
What you'll take ownership of:
- Steering the end-to-end exit from a major outsourcing arrangement
- Moving services, data, people and processes to new providers or in-house teams
- Keeping multiple suppliers aligned and cooperative through sensitive phases
- Ensuring all contractual, commercial and operational requirements are covered
- Leading governance, challenging suppliers and keeping senior stakeholders aligned
What you'll bring:
- Hands-on experience delivering large-scale BPO transitions
- Confidence navigating contract exits, legal complexities and multi-supplier setups
- A knack for mapping and understanding complex operational environments
- Strong influence, resilience and leadership in politically sensitive situations
Bonus experience:
- Utilities or energy-style environments
- TUPE-heavy transitions
- Coordinating simultaneous operational, data and technology change
