Product Manager
Want to build technology that has a genuine impact on the safety and wellbeing of people across the UK?
We have an open Product Manager vacancy for an established, growing UK software organisation whose technology plays an important role in helping organisations protect people, communities and wider society. Their products solve complex, real-world problems, and the quality of the decisions made by the product team have a meaningful impact on the people who ultimately rely upon them.
The organisation is entering an exciting period of investment and product transformation, including the adoption of agentic AI across both its products and software development lifecycle.
You’ll take ownership of an established and successful area of the product portfolio, working closely with customers, commercial teams and software engineering to understand how the market is changing and where the biggest opportunities lie.
We’re particularly interested in experience across:
- Product strategy and roadmap ownership.
- Customer and market discovery.
- B2B SaaS or commercial software products.
- Translating complex problems into clear product requirements.
- Using evidence to prioritise what should – and shouldn’t – be built.
- Working closely with software engineering and agile delivery teams.
- Understanding how product decisions influence revenue, retention and growth.
- Presenting and defending recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to agentic AI.
The role offers a competitive salary with a flexible hybrid working pattern.
Please Note: The successful candidate will be required to be security vetted. For this reason, you must have been in UK residence for 3 continuous years prior to employment and provide proof of address for the previous 5 years. If you do not fit this criteria and also know that there may be anything hindering you from being vetted successfully, then you will not pass initial screening.
