Client Success Engineer: AI / Data Solutions (London / Peterborough / Doncaster Hybrid)

Contract: Part-time to Full-time Transition

Location: London and Peterborough, with ad-hoc travel to Doncaster

Duration: Initial 2–3 months, with potential for extension or permanent conversion

We are partnering with a leading AI and data consultancy to hire a Client Success Engineer who will play a key role in bridging technical capability with client strategy. You will help clients adopt and optimise AI-driven tools and data platforms, ensuring successful outcomes and measurable value from digital transformation initiatives.

The Role

• Work closely with clients to understand technical requirements, design AI solutions, and manage delivery
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to align objectives and ensure project success
• Initial part-time contract for November at two days per week and December at three days per week
• Moves to full-time in the new year with potential for permanent transition
• Regular on-site work at client offices in London and Peterborough with occasional travel to Doncaster

About You

• Strong technical background in software, data science, or machine learning
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders
• Skilled at problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and managing multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset
