Opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join a Top Tier International Law Firm, specialising in Media, Adtech and AI.

The firm advises household names across streaming, social media, adtech, and emerging AI, often on projects that reshape how billions of people consume and interact with content.

Their commercial practice sits at the intersection of innovation, regulation, and commercial strategy, handling deals and compliance work that push the boundaries of law and technology.

The role

Our client is looking to welcome a 3 - 5 PQE Commercial Associate to their award-winning Media, Adtech & AI practice.

The successful individual will work closely with industry-leading partners on a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating adtech, licensing, and content platform agreements
• Advising on GDPR, ePrivacy, and AI governance frameworks
• Supporting clients on privacy-compliant monetisation strategies and digital advertising models
• Working cross-border on multi-jurisdictional deals and compliance programmes
• Shaping policy in collaboration with global regulators and industry bodies

Required

• Commercial Solicitor with 3 - 5 years' PQE from a leading City or international law firm
• A genuine interest in media, adtech, AI and emerging digital platforms
• Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with UK/EU data protection frameworks
