The Opportunity

This market-leading Intellectual Property group is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Transactional IP team.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside leading IP lawyers on complex, high-value, IP-rich transactions, advising clients operating at the forefront of technology and innovation.

The new hire will be involved in advising on the IP aspects of a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, often with an international dimension.

The role will involve advising on IP aspects of M&A, investments, joint ventures, restructurings, collaborations and financing.

Requirements

  • UK qualified IP Solicitor with 3 - 5 PQE
  • Strong experience in transactional IP matters
  • Experience gained at a top tier IP department in London
