Opportunity for a Patent Litigation Associate or Attorney to join a market-leading IP practice in London.

The Opportunity
This market-leading Intellectual Property group is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate (Solicitor or Patent Attorney) to join its Tech & Telecommunications Patent team in London.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside leading IP practitioners on complex, high-value and technically sophisticated matters, spanning both contentious and non-contentious patent work.
The successful candidate will advise on patent litigation and disputes, with a particular focus on technology and telecommunications, while also supporting clients on quantitative patent intelligence, valuation and royalty rate determinations - especially in relation to Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and FRAND.
The role will involve:
- Advising on patent litigation matters, including infringement, validity, licensing disputes and SEP/FRAND issues
- Analysing patent datasets and delivering clear, actionable insights to clients
- Reviewing patent licences and assisting with economic and statistical modelling
- Contributing to patent intelligence, valuation and royalty rate assessments

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Patent Attorney with 1 - 4 PQE
- Experience (or exposure) to patent litigation and complex IP matters
- Strong academic background, ideally with a STEM degree (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar)
