Lead Appian Developer

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a Lead Appian Consultant . This is a senior role providing technical leadership, hands-on Appian development, and team mentorship , delivering scalable and high-quality Appian solutions across multiple internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Appian solutions.

• Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable applications.

• Set and uphold development standards and best practices.

• Mentor and coach Appian developers, building team capability.

• Support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery across projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Appian experience (7+ years IT experience).

• Appian Certified Lead Developer (L3).

• Strong knowledge of SAIL interfaces, process models, records, integrations, and security.

• Agile/Scrum experience.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Desirable

• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD, automated testing, or source control.

• Experience in regulated or data-sensitive sectors. xkybehq

• Knowledge of AI/intelligent automation within Appian.
