  • Promote adoption by explaining technology benefits in practical, lawyer-friendly and client-focused terms.
  • Track usage, adoption and value delivered by legal technology solutions.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with partners, lawyers, business services teams and clients.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to legal teams on the use of HighQ and other legal technology platforms.
  • Support client pitches, panel responses and demonstrations where technology-enabled delivery is a differentiator.
  • Prepare clear recommendations, implementation plans and progress updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Build confidence in HighQ through practical, commercially aware and lawyer-friendly advice.

  • Develop training materials, playbooks, quick reference guides and show-and-tell content to improve adoption and consistency.
  • Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, user feedback and opportunities for reuse or automation.
  • Support the development of a mature, scalable legal technology operating model across the firm
