An exciting opportunity to join Birmingham Children's Trust's Trust Intelligence and Insight Centre (TIIC). As Senior Insight and Intelligence Manager (SIIM), you will play a pivotal leadership role at the heart of the Trust's digital and data ambition, transforming complex data into meaningful insight that drives better decisions and improves outcomes for children, young people and families. You will lead a high-performing team, bringing professional curiosity and the ability to simplify complexity to influence thinking, shape strategy, and champion a culture where insight informs practice, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About The Role

As Senior Insight and Intelligence Manager in TIIC, you will be:
• Managing and developing a high-performing team within TIIC, providing leadership, coaching, supervision, and professional development.
• Contributing to the development and delivery of the Trust's Performance and Quality Assurance (PQA), Data and Digital Strategy, and reporting progress to Trust Leadership Team (TLT).
• Leading and championing business intelligence and insight, driving innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.
