IT Systems Administrator

IT Systems Administrator (1st Line Support) - Salary £28-30k per annum.

Our client is looking for a proactive and communicative IT Systems Administrator to join our London-based IT team. You’ll be supporting around 300 users across our offices and remote setups, helping to keep our tech running smoothly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for PC and Citrix support
• Escalate issues via our helpdesk to senior IT staff
• Collaborate on IT projects and new solutions
• Provide remote support to regional offices and home users

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• 1 year + experience as an IT Systems Administrator
• Willingness to travel to other UK offices occasionally
• A desire to grow into 2nd/3rd Line Support (they will support you!)
• Commitment to professional development and sustainability
