Workplace Manager – Global IT Company (Waterloo)

A leading global IT company is looking for a polished, proactive Workplace Manager to support its vibrant central London office on an ongoing temporary basis from early March. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll help create a seamless, welcoming and professional workplace experience for both colleagues and visitors.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

Hours: 8:30am–5pm

Pay: £14.80 per hour + holiday pay

Location: Waterloo

Start date: 2 March – 10 April

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming and assisting staff, clients and guests on-site

• Managing meeting room schedules and desk bookings

• Ensuring workplace areas are tidy, presentable and fully operational

• Acting as the main point of contact for facilities issues and liaising with contractors

• Overseeing office supplies, visitor access and general workplace operations

• Supporting internal events and high-profile meetings

• Assisting senior stakeholders with workplace logistics and admin

• Spotting opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency

About you

• At least two years’ experience in a coworking or workplace environment

• Confident using booking systems, email and basic office tech

• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to represent the company with professionalism

• Dependable, organised and comfortable managing a busy workspace to a high standard
