- Compensation - £70,000 to £80,000 base salary + benefits (max £80,000 compensation) – NO BONUS (London Salary equivalent – for fully remote role) -

Our Client a Regulatory Authority is responsible for overseeing Credit Information, Policy and Industry Practices in the UK.
This is very much a unique opportunity for a passionate Credit Data BA / PM to be part of a team that is set to transform and improve the standards and use of credit information across the Credit Information Industry.
A real opportunity to make a difference, in how Credit Information is utilised, and can support consumer practices, improving transparency, credit decision making and most importantly equality and fairness for credit lending across consumer finance, a rare opportunity to help influence the industry in better practices, policy and fairness in the U.K.
The business has already initiated some early scoping and groundwork and now looking to hire a “hands on and delivery focussed”, Credit Data BA / PM to deliver and this is very much a standalone BA/PM delivery role, no resource or budget management, and need someone that is very much "a doer" and not purely focused on PM alone activities.
Key Project Goals –
- Lead the “Gap Analysis” across current Credit Information ~ produce detailed gap analysis across credit information, credit reference agencies, and centralisation of data and creation of industry standards and policy.
- The Lead BA will also have Project Management governance experience to drive all the projects, project committee, credit council that are centred around credit information regulatory delivery.
- Business Analyst/Project Manager is a hybrid role, with some expectations to meet stakeholders but this is predominantly a fully remote role, so will appeal to Credit Information BA / PM looking to work remotely, please note you must be U.K. Registered, for taxation and national insurance purposes.
Key Deliverables BA/ PM – Objectives / Milestones
- Production of Credit standardised data sets and credit information reporting requirements.
- Detailed Gap Analysis across Credit Information processes, credit reference agencies, and systems.
- Directly engaging with CRA’s and getting there buy in and influence real positive changes.
- Produce functional specifications on process improvements to the firms Project Committee / Credit Council.
- Manage Project Governance- project management of project plans, leading and updating project planning, and ensuring key stakeholders and milestones are accounted for and tracked.
- First class communication across end users, project sponsors and senior management, within a hybrid working model, so prior delivery experience is required in a similar hybrid project delivery model.
- Champion and passionately drive and support the industry implementation.
***Key Prerequisite Experience & Requirements for Credit Information BA / PM (Hybrid)***
- Direct Credit Information Data- Business Analysis experience across Credit data usage, ideally pertaining to Consumer Credit Information Data.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience and delivery record and emphasis on Credit Data Transformation.
- Hands on and BA - this is very much a roll up your sleeves and doing role, ***(80% BA work and 20% project governance and management) ***.
- Direct experience of producing business gap analysis documentation is a must.
- Detailed specifications of credit information, data across firms’ processes, systems and people.
- Gap analysis, credit data mapping, testing outputs and MI to steer the design of the data structuring, and credit information policy.
- Ability to proactively engage end users, credit information managers, and ultimately deliver the plan together and stay closely involved with stakeholders.
- Project Governance – project management - review, report, resolve, mitigate and escalate risks and issues as appropriate across project stakeholders.
- Prior record of Credit Data Change delivery – within Consumer and Retail credit information industry.
