Murex Specialist - OTC Rates, TRS and Private Assets - Buy side

A highly successful, multi-billion-dollar City-based investment firm is seeking an experienced Murex Subject Matter Expert for a greenfield opportunity to build, enhance, and own the Murex platform.

The role will support the full trade lifecycle alongside more technical responsibilities including modelling and curve construction, ensuring accurate trade economics aligned with internal systems, and driving continuous improvements within a robust, high-performing Murex environment.

The ideal candidate will have around five years’ buy-side experience, expert-level knowledge of Murex, strong exposure to Interest Rate Derivatives, Fixed Income, Money Markets, FX, TRS, and Private Assets. Proven experience with complex tasks such a modelling and curve calculations is key, but also experienced with tasks such as trade bookings, trade flows management , and resolving breaks.

Salary will be within the range of £90,000 - £110,000 along with a very competitive bonuses, alongside a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home.
