What You'll Be Doing

• Lead BIM and digital delivery activities across multiple projects and project teams.
• Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, workflows and information management processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and support effective collaboration between engineering disciplines.
• Monitor model quality, information consistency and compliance with project requirements.
• Support project teams in resolving coordination challenges and information management issues.
• Facilitate BIM reviews, coordination workshops and digital delivery meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance digital delivery, efficiency and project outcomes.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience in BIM management, digital delivery or multidisciplinary design coordination environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement BIM standards, processes and quality assurance procedures.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects and managing complex information workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead digital delivery initiatives and support project teams through technical challenges.
• Solid understanding of BIM methodologies, information management principles and collaborative design processes.
