Product Manager (customer focused) - LegalTech
A high-growth LegalTech AI business is seeking a Product Manager to join a team transforming how legal departments operate by building world-class AI products with measurable impact.
As the Product Manager, you will become the expert for your product area and play a central role in delivering intuitive, enterprise-ready solutions. You will:
- Own end-to-end product management in a customer-centric product environment
- Research customer needs and pain points, including in a client-facing capacity
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, valuable customer solutions
- Own and drive the product roadmap, balancing impact, priorities, and resources
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, designers, and legal experts
- Directly influence how legal teams adopt and use AI technology
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and agile environment, helping establish scalable product processes and mentoring junior team members
You will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in product management or product/technology consulting
- Proven experience managing the full end-to-end product lifecycle
- Experience of working on customer-focused products.
- A strong academic background, with a 2:1 degree or higher in Law, STEM, or another technical/analytical discipline
- A genuine passion for technology and the legal industry
- Strong analytical thinking and technical curiosity
- Experience in a SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environment, ideally within a high-growth or early-stage team
