Growing SaaS firm have created a new opportunity created from continuous growth; they seek the help of an ambitious, progressive Customer Experience & Delivery Specialist to support customers throughout their Data Migration lifecycle.

This role sits at the intersection of customer experience and service delivery. You will act as a key operational member of the CX team, helping maintain a clear view of customer health, supporting structured customer check-ins, and contributing to successful customer migrations and support processes.

You will work closely with Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service while enabling to scale its customer delivery commitments effectively.

Essential

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing or service delivery role (Customer Success, Support, Delivery, Account Coordination, or similar)
  • You will be a pro-Active, ambitious, and progressive individual.
  • Experience in Data Migration
  • Data handling, migrations, or structured datasets
  • Comfortable handling multiple workstreams simultaneously

Desirable

  • Background in life sciences, clinical research, or data-driven industries
  • Familiarity with clinical or regulated research data environments
  • Experience in customer onboarding or implementation roles
