Head of Product (Workflows) - LegalTech AI

A high-growth LegalTech AI scale-up (SaaS) is hiring a Head of Product / Director of Product for its Workflows element of the product, to take ownership of the most critical layer of its platform; The orchestration engine that connects all stages of the contract life-cycle and external systems end-to-end.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a true build-and-scale role, where product maturity directly impacts commercial success, and where you will shape how AI-driven workflows operate across the entire platform.

The role is based in London with 3 days/week in the office, and is offering a competitive salary, along with quarterly bonuses + equity.

As the Director of Product (Workflows), you will:

  • Own the end-to-end workflow orchestration layer — how contracts move from A to B across the platform.
  • Lead across three squads which each cover a core area including agentic workflows (AI completing tasks across the life-cycle).
  • Bring structure and maturity to a product area that is critical to winning enterprise deals.
  • Define and deliver a roadmap that improves workflow intelligence, automation, and scalability.
  • Work closely with engineering and a highly technical research team to build AI-driven workflows.
  • Lead and mentor a small but growing team of Product Managers.
  • Translate complex, real-world processes into clear, scalable product workflows.

Required Experience:

  • Come from a strong SaaS product background, with end-to-end ownership of commercial products.
  • Have experience building or scaling workflow / process-driven products (a key requirement).
  • Be comfortable working in complex environments involving integrations and multiple systems.
  • Understand how data flows through a product — where it comes from, how it is used, and how it surfaces to users.
  • Be able to apply AI thinking to product design, particularly around automation and decision-making.
  • Have experience leading teams or squads, with the ability to bring structure and direction.
  • Bring a strong academic background (STEM preferred) and a logical, structured approach to problem solving.

This is a role for someone who wants to build, shape, and scale a critical product layer, working closely with leadership and directly influencing the next stage of growth.
