Job summary

The post holder will support the Rapid Response Team carrying out agreed responsibilities including assisting with the delivery of the Respiratory Virtual Ward. The duties will be varied, including both clinical face to face and administrative. It is preferable that you have experience in the use of IT systems such as; community emis, excel and Microsoft word, however support will be provided. The post holder will strive to provide excellent patient centred care whilst working alongside the clinical and administrative team., ensuring their actions are in line with the Trust's Visions and Values whilst working towards the Five Year Strategy Plan.

The post holder will work in the Community setting supporting the clinicians within the Rapid Response Team, carrying out agreed tasks. The duties will be both nursing, therapy and clerical, aiming to provide appropriate support within an integrating team.
