Starting Salary: £27,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. (Flexibility is required for occasional additional hours and weekend meetings when needed.)
Location: Remote (but must live within a commutable distance to Shrewsbury)
Our client is a large field marketing and fundraising organisation with associated Sales offices based all over the UK. They are one of the most trusted partners in the outsourced field sales and marketing industry, they have been running for the past 27 years and are continuing to grow the industry and provide exceptional service to their clients. They are currently looking to recruit a Data Coordinator to support their operations team to help deliver an even better service to their clients and marketing offices through data analysis and reporting to help better understand trends and how to take advantage of them.
This role involves managing operational data, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with the analysis of campaign performance. You will also support the Data & New Business Operations Manager with projects aimed at improving operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for operational queries from charity clients and marketing companies
- Carry out day-to-day tasks including data imports and exports, invoice checks, compliance tasks and management of digital forms
- Ensure data obligations are met for clients and marketing partners
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational changes alongside the Data & New Business Operations Manager
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends such as fail and reject rates
- Review campaign financials on a weekly basis, including sales sign-off, invoicing, rejects, true-ups and profitability
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting, data checks and trend analysis
- Provide additional operational support as required
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Proactive team player with a solutions-focused mindset
- Confident identifying patterns and trends that impact business performance
- Upper-intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access and Word
- Suitable for candidates with a background working with data and trend analysis and looking for a role such as data coordinator, data analyst, data specialist, reporting analyst, operations analyst or data operations analyst.
Please Note: This position is remote based, however candidates should ideally be located within a reasonable travelling distance of Shrewsbury, as regular team meetings take place in Shrewsbury (weekly or every other week). There will also be a requirement to occasionally travel to the London office as required.
