We need someone who gets the difference between ChatGPT Operator and Claude Computer Use. Someone who knows why MCP matters. Someone who builds AI agents that actually reduce costs and scale operations.

❌ Your AI experience is purely theoretical

❌ You can't show ROI from AI implementations

Perfect if you have:

✅ Hands-on AI agent frameworks (AutoGen, Phidata)

✅ Model Context Protocol (MCP) understanding

✅ Proven track record scaling solutions 5x+ through AI

✅ Python skills for building autonomous workflows

✅ Business mindset focused on operational efficiency

The role: 

Build AI-powered growth systems that reduce operational costs while scaling. Think beyond funnels - create AI agents that handle processes, automate workflows, and generate compound efficiency gains.

Location:

Hybrid with 2 x a week in the Bracknell office. (Must be able to commute easily (1-2hr away max) and not live elsewhere in the UK.)
