We're building the world's greatest venture studio.

Blissgrowth partners with exceptional operators to build, launch and scale B2B AI companies from the ground up. We run several companies at once, and we're looking for someone who can drive revenue across the whole portfolio. This is not a single-company AE enterprise role. You'll sell across a range of AI products and services, build pipeline from scratch, and help us work out the go-to-market motion that scales.

The role

End-to-end GTM, across the portfolio

We need a commercially exceptional operator who can own the full sales cycle, from generating demand to closing large enterprise deals, across multiple B2B AI products. You understand how agentic AI works, you've sold it before, and you use it yourself every day. You'll work directly with the founding team with real autonomy and a genuine ownership stake. Above all, you love the early stage: the zero-to-one of finding a market, testing a motion, and adjusting until it works.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from first outreach to close, across multiple AI products
  • Win large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and navigate complex buying processes through to signature
  • Build a pipeline proactively using modern demand generation, not just working inbound
  • Sell across multiple products and company contexts, tailoring the pitch without losing commercial sharpness
  • Speak credibly about AI transformation: the market, the buyers and the objections
  • Bring structure and discipline to every deal with MEDDPICC or an equivalent methodology
  • Coach our founders on their go-to-market, helping them find and sharpen the zero-to-one motion
  • Help run and grow our events: promote them, fill the room, and win and support our sponsors
  • Occasionally help portfolio and partner startups with their GTM, often on an equity or performance basis
  • Work closely with the founding team to shape what GTM looks like across the portfolio

Who you are

Top 5%, consistently

You have a track record of beating target, not occasionally but reliably, and you can prove it. But the real fit is mindset. You are obsessed with the early stage. You love being across multiple companies at once, you love building a go-to-market from a blank page, and a venture studio is your idea of the perfect place to work.

Must-have

  • 3-4+ years of B2B enterprise sales with a proven record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Strong enterprise selling experience: multi-stakeholder, large and complex deals closed through to signature
  • You've sold AI or agentic products and genuinely understand how they work
  • Ideally, you have sold a contract for more than $500k before
  • You're an active daily user of agentic AI tools (non-negotiable).
  • Strong command of modern growth and demand generation - you build pipeline, you don't just work it
  • A structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger or equivalent) that you actually use
  • Experience selling across multiple products and adapting your approach without losing precision
  • A coaching mentality - you can sit with a founder and help them shape their go-to-market
  • A genuine love of startups and the zero-to-one - you want to build the motion, not inherit it

Strong to have

  • Working knowledge of the AI transformation market
  • You enjoy events and are comfortable front-of-house, with both speakers and sponsors
  • Appetite to help build the GTM function, not just execute within it
  • Real excitement about the venture studio model and working across many companies at once
