Role Description
This is a remote, full-time position for a Creative Designer and Marketing Visual Lead at Blocrate. You will own the visual identity of the brand across every touchpoint. That means designing high quality illustrations, social media posts, marketing graphics, pitch deck visuals, explainer content, and anything else the brand needs to look sharp and hit hard. You will work directly with the founders to shape how Blocrate shows up in the world, from Twitter threads to investor materials to product launches. This is early stage, pre-seed, equity-heavy, high ownership.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showing brand design, illustration, and marketing graphics work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools
- Ability to take a rough idea or brief and turn it into polished visual content quickly
- Experience designing for social media, especially Twitter/X and LinkedIn
- A sharp eye for typography, colour, and layout
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
- Bonus if you have experience in crypto, fintech, or startup branding
