AI Engineer – Conversational Systems

Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK or Europe preferred)

Package: ~£100k (blend of salary warrants)

We’re building the next generation of AI for real estate—where every client interaction happens through one smart chat. We’re looking for an AI Engineer to take our prototype agent to production and scale it into a modular, learning system.

What You’ll Do

• Chat-first interface: Replace forms with a conversational agent that collects inputs, runs calculations, and delivers results instantly.

• Modular AI: Build specialist “mini-bots” (forecasting, scoring, compliance, etc.) for speed and scalability.

• Continuous learning: Use interaction data to fine-tune and improve the agent over time.

• Integrations: Plug into existing databases, APIs, and calculation engines.

• Productionise models: Deploy in-house ML prototypes to deliver real-time property forecasts, matches, and compliance checks.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with AI/ML engineering and conversational systems.

• Strong skills in APIs, backend integration, and productionising ML models.

• Bonus: background in real estate, fintech, or compliance tech.
