About Us

Adema ai and SH PropTech are building the next generation of AI blockchain tools for real estate. We’re looking for a Blockchain Lead to design and execute smart contract solutions across warrants, tokenisation, competitions, and CRM-linked reward systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy smart contracts for warrants (on-chain issuance & IPO triggers).

• Build tokenisation models for property, rewards, and fractional assets.

• Create blockchain-backed competitions with transparent entry and prize allocation.

• Integrate CRM blockchain to enable tracking, commissions, and reward structures.

Requirements

• Proven blockchain development experience (Ethereum/Polygon/Solana).

• Strong knowledge of ERC standards (ERC-20 / 721 / 1155).

• Hands-on smart contract deployment experience.

• Startup mindset: able to deliver fast, practical solutions.
