Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Hands-On

SH Proptech | AI Startup

SH Proptech is looking for a hands-on CTO to own the end-to-end technical delivery maintenance and evolution of our platform. This role combines coding, architecture, AI leadership, project management, and IP strategy. With an OTE of £80,000 per annum plus equity.

What You’ll Do

• Actively code and design core AI and platform systems

• Own technical roadmap, delivery, and project evolution from MVP through scale

• Lead project planning, prioritisation, and execution across teams

• Define architecture, engineering standards, and scalability strategy

• Identify and help protect patentable IP

• Work closely with founders on product and business alignment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on engineering and architectural experience

• Proven ability to manage and evolve complex technical projects

• Experience with AI/ML and production systems

• Understanding of IP, patents, and defensible technology

• Startup mindset with clear ownership mentality
