About Us

Adema. ai is adding a blockchain-based investment layer to its PropTech platform, enabling fractional property investment from £250. £50M in pre-agreed assets are ready for tokenisation from January 2026.

Role

• Lead build and integration of Adema’s real estate tokenisation platform.

• Select blockchain protocol, token standard, and smart contract setup.

• Ensure FCA-compliant workflows (POP, AML/KYC).

• Integrate with Adema front and back end.

• Build investor dashboards and payment/on-off ramp systems.

• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Proven blockchain/tokenisation build experience.

• Knowledge of token standards (ERC-1400, ERC-3643, ERC-20, etc.).

• Smart contract security expertise.

• Back-end skills (Node.js, Python, or Go) front-end integration.

• KYC/AML integration experience.

• Real estate/asset-backed securities knowledge is a plus.
