Our client is a Direct-to-consumer ecommerce subscription businessand is looking for aCRO & UX Manager.
The role owns optimisation of end-to-end digital customer journey across acquisition, onsite experience, checkout, subscription lifecycle. You will focus on structured experimentation, UX improvement, revenue growth across fast-scaling environment. Youw ill be responsibilitie for the design and execution of A/B and multivariate testing programmes using behavioural insight and analytics tools. The position will drive improvements in conversion rate, revenue per visitor, landing page performance, subscription uptake. You will collaborae with performance marketing, CRM, brand, technology teams to deliver optimisation initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, deep UX knowledge, proven record delivering commercial uplift within ecommerce or direct-to-consumer environments.
