Responsibilities:

• Manage the digital experience of specialized digital products.
• Create innovative digital experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver commercial value.
• Seek new ways to improve service standards, grow revenue, and increase margins.
• Provide leadership to a digital squad.
• Collaborate with the Head of Digital to develop features, journeys, and products that integrate physical and digital experiences.

Requirements:

• SCRUM experience.
• Strong understanding of digital technology.
• Significant experience in designing, developing, and promoting apps.
