Ecommerce Manager - Up to £60k - 12 Month FTC

We are seeking an experienced Global eCommerce Manager to join a fast-growing international retail business on a fixed-term contract of approximately 12 months.

This senior role offers the opportunity to lead and optimise global online trading performance across multiple key markets. The successful candidate will take ownership of a Shopify Plus platform, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, integrations, promotions, and ongoing site development. Working closely with marketing, commercial, and operational teams, you will drive digital growth initiatives that support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets. You will oversee website performance, user experience, conversion rate optimisation, and checkout improvements to enhance the customer journey.

A strong understanding of Shopify Markets, international eCommerce operations, and platform best practices is essential. The role requires a data-driven approach, using analytics and performance insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions. You will manage digital projects from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.
