My client is a market leader in their niche, and is currently looking for a Head of Ecommerce to play a key part in their senior leadership team with a clear path to progression to Director in as little as 18 months.

You will be responsible for driving the profitability of the ecommerce platforms, working closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategies aimed at achieving both short and long-term growth objectives. Your role will involve leading and managing a team of people across multiple digital and creative channels, providing clear guidance and direction for trading and merchandising activities. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns across various digital. Leveraging advanced analytics tools, you'll meticulously track sales data and monitor market trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive and aligned with industry dynamics.

Ideally, you will have senior ecommerce management and leadership experience, including digital marketing responsibility and P&L ownership. Proficiency in objective and strategy setting across various platforms is required, along with a proven track record of achieving performance-driven KPIs. Experience in team management, strong computer skills, familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and the ability to simplify information for actionable insights are essential. Attention to detail, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset will be key factors in succeeding in this role.
