Our client, a leading ecommerce business, is currently looking to recruit a Head of UX .

You will drive the digital transformation of user experiences across new and existing digital touchpoints. The goal is to delight customers with a superior online experience to increase share of wallet and develop an instinctive preference for Exertis, our home brands, and key partners. Ultimately, this will drive greater growth and cost efficiency through online trading and interactions.

You will be accountable for and responsible for the end-to-end UX of online user experiences, as well as all online asset creation—from user journeys of the core online experience to onsite marketing creation and UX.

To be considered, you should have experience in UX and team management. Additionally, experience creating wireframes, user flows, and other UX deliverables to communicate design requirements is essential.
